The BoB raid on BOS space the other day is a hilarious example that illustrates the above point. BoB got their troops online rallying them once again with cries of how "EPIC" the fight was going to be. They thumped their inverted chests and made statements about how they were going to "Show those****got goons how to take down a cynojammer". They then went and attacked what may very well be the most poorly configured cynojammer POS possible, with 6 ******* guns and a moon harvesting array. Why would they do this? Firstly because they have fuel trapped in that station. Fuel they have become DESPERATE for, to the degree of screaming at people to check every wreck for fuel. Secondly, it's because BoB needs victories. Without victories they stagnate and crumble.
The leadership of Goonfleet is not so silly to have missed the real point why BOB did this.
They should give the rank and file more credit for not being daft either.
The whole morale post is pretty weak sauce.
Come on Goon leadership, you are not leading a load of sheep to slaughter, give your pilots a bit more respect than post this nonsense and expect them to believe it.

Yeah, this is the truth.
All those goonies earning huge isk while 70 of you sit in QY6- smacking each other and waiting to die are really doing it all for you.
They weep as they cash in their loyalty points.
It's tears of frustration, coz they are imagining the riches in Delve, its just you goon combat pilots are just not doing a good enough job to take it.
They cannot wait to move in with their Navy Ravens, with a bit of luck they might return some of their comrades frozen corpses, but i would not bank on it.
The good thing though the Goons can now look forward to their CEO and Directors flying in every combat mission with them. I read it on a forum somewhere.

I have no desire to read the witless jabber of a group that thinks race hate and sexual violence are suitable analogies for forum posts.

if those Goons earning all that lovely isk are doing so much for the alliance, while a few of you fight.
How about make it easy for them, set tax across the alliance to 80%.
It will save them transfering the isk.
I am sure you Goons can trust your directors not to run away with the funds.
